This lecture will review cases in the literature describing the endoscopic endonasal approach for aneurysm clipping. Advantages and limitations of this controversial approach will be reviewed.

"Surgical Treatment of Anterior Skull Base Tumors: Endoscopic vs. Open "
This lecture will review basic skull base surgery principles and highlight the decision-making used in offering patients different surgical approaches. The complementary nature of these corridors for anterior skull base tumors will be reviewed as well as the importance for the modern skull base surgeon to be familiar with newer endoscopic endonasal and traditional craniotomy approaches.
